Job Description

Work closely with Genesys account executives and Genesys partners to assist with building strategies to compete with local competition, respond to sales opportunities and demonstrate technical capabilities of Genesys PureConnect solutions.


Requirements

  • Degree qualified with relevant IT / electronics major

  • 5+ years experience in contact center and CRM industries

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong sense of responsibility and high team work spirit

  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively

  • Solid and broad knowledge on different call center solutions, such as Genesys, Huawei, Avaya, Cisco, etc.

Account Executive - Mid Market

Job Description

The Account Executive is the catalyst behind Genesys’ success as an organization. As a consultative sales professional, the Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in net new business from prospects and current customers. Account Executives help solve the business needs of prospects and customers by aligning those needs and objectives with Genesys solution(s). Account Executives own all opportunities and customers and are responsible for coordinating resources and managing the sales campaign across the entire opportunity pipeline.


Requirements

  • Superior active listening skills

  • Excellent objection handling and negotiating abilities

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work alongside with multiple team members

  • Strong time-management and organization skills

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English

  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders

  • Highly persuasive

  • Highly resourceful when need to overcome barriers and objections

  • Proven record of meeting/exceeding established goals

  • Ability to communicate with all levels within customer/prospect’s organization

Principal PS Consultant

Job Description

The job requires to design and implement full-stack Contact Centre management solutions based on Genesys products with the main focus on the Digital Channels (e.g. everything non-Voice). Also, the important part of the role is providing support and mentoring to the Genesys’ partners working in the Greater China region.


Requirements

  • Software design and development experience preferably in the fields of web and/or TCP/IP network applications programming (experience of using sockets and multithreading in any programming language will be considered a strong benefit)

  • Be familiar with modern web application technologies, such as HTML5/ECMA Script, Ajax, Comet-D, Websockets, REST and ‘classic’ web services

  • The candidate should have an overall knowledge of use and configuration of basic network infrastructure components: TCP/IP routers, proxies, load balancers

  • Familiarity with Mobile Technology would be considered as a strong plus for the candidate (iOS or Android development experience)

  • The candidate should be familiar with at least one NoSQL database, preferably Cassandra

  • The candidate should have practical experience in working and tuning of at least one of the modern Relational Database Management Systems: MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.

  • The knowledge in Telecommunications, VoIP, computer networks design and troubleshooting will be considered as a plus for the candidate

  • The knowledge of Genesys Products will be considered as a benefit for the candidate, but it is not a requirement for this position

  • The successful should possess strong communication and presentation skills and be willing to travel on a short notice to visit customers throughout the APAC region or globally

  • Spoken Languages: Standard Chinese and English are equally important
